Users who have a profile on the same social network and choose to join the page created by CASA GAY S.A. thereby show interest in the information published there. By joining our page, users give consent for the processing of any personal data published on their profile.

Users can manage their connections at any time, remove content they no longer find relevant and control who can view their connections by adjusting their privacy settings.
Once a user has joined the CASA GAY S.A. page, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. In all cases, the user must own such content, hold the corresponding copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of any affected third parties. Any publication on the page – whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. – that offends or could offend morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is strictly prohibited. In such cases, CASA GAY S.A. reserves the right to remove the content immediately and may request that the user be permanently blocked.
CASA GAY S.A. accepts no responsibility for content freely posted by users.
Users should bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users and are therefore primarily responsible for protecting their own privacy.
Images published on the page will not be stored in any data-processing system by CASA GAY S.A. but will remain on the social network.
CASA GAY S.A. reserves the right to run contests and promotions in which users who have joined its page may participate. The rules for each will be published on the social network platform whenever it is used for that purpose, always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.
The social network does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of our promotions, nor is it associated with them in any way.
CASA GAY S.A. will use the social network to promote its products and services. If it decides to process contact details for direct marketing purposes, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending the CASA GAY S.A. page to other users so they can also enjoy promotions or stay informed about its activities will not be considered advertising.
